Role and Responsibilities

We represent Suzuki. You will be selling a combination of new and used cars whilst actively promoting products such as Paint & Interior Protection, GAP Insurance, Service Plans and Finance. We stock in excess of 150 RAC Approved Used Cars across our two locations and you will be expected to sell a combined total of 15 cars a month whilst maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Maximising Opportunities and Profit.

What We Expect

Motor trade experience is not necessary as training is provided, on both a formal basis as well as "on the job", however sales experience would be advantageous from either a retail or telesales environment. What you must have is confidence, drive, organisational skills and a “CAN DO” attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers and exceed their expectations. You will need a full driving licence with no more than 3 points and be happy to work outside as well as in the showroom, as a large proportion of our business is used cars. You must be a team player as you will be part of a small but busy team of 3 Sales Advisors.

What You Can Expect

The earning opportunity is excellent and your earnings are uncapped and with experience could easily exceed £48,000 per annum. We believe our commission scheme is one of the best in the industry. You will not be required to work Sundays and will enjoy a fixed day off every other week. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm (6.30pm some evenings on a rota) and Saturday’s 8.30am to 5pm. We do not open on Sundays. You will benefit from 22 days holiday, on going training and a great team environment.
