Hello Grant, Thanks very much for asking! I appreciate that. It's a first for a company selling a second hand car or maybe it's something that Anthony Betts does as normal, which would be quite impressive. I really enjoyed the whole buying experience with your company. It seemed quite straight forward and trouble free and I was impressed with the thoroughness of your service, enjoying the showroom experience and hospitality of the staff there. At the end of the day, I feel that I got value for money and more or less peace of mind. The distance robbed me of that final piece in the jigsaw, but that wasn't your or Anthony Betts fault. I've driven the car straight home after seeing you on Wednesday and it seemed to drive very nicely indeed. Which means that so far, it seems ultra clean and I'm really hoping that what we see is what we get. No one likes nasty surprises, but there weren't any indications of anything untoward and I have to say it was a pleasure to drive! It's now sitting on our drive at home. We will have to see how Poppy gets on on Monday and take it from there. I guess that you must be pretty confident about the quality of the car. It all seems good! I contacted your service department after receiving a recall letter for my seatbelt and I couldn't be happier how easy and painless the whole process was. After initially missing an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances I was promptly rebooked. I was on my way to view a Suzuki I had seen on Autotrader when I passed your dealership and thought that I would have a look around. Looking for somewhere to park I spoke to a guy putting a price on a car who turned out to be Matt Davies. I told him that I was just looking around but was looking for a particular Suzuki . He put me under no pressure but showed me cars I might be interested in. Being old and annoying I questioned him extensively on several cars but couldn't make a decision. Then he suggested we had a look at one he could recommend on the Hemel Hempstead site. He came up with the best car I'd seen in a prolonged search and as it was in Hemel he dug an older version on site to test drive and had one I wanted delivered that afternoon. Job done. I got a fair price for my part exchange price, a good finance deal and superb service and a car even my wife likes.
