The Suzuki Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is the industry leading training scheme that firstly helps you find a real job with a Suzuki Dealer and secondly provides you with all the training you will need to become a fully qualified Service and Parts Consultant.

As a progressive Suzuki Dealership, Anthony Betts Motor Group are looking to recruit and support an apprenticeship through this scheme. Upon successful completion we are looking for this individual to remain with us long term.

As a Customer Aftersales Advisor you will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from;

  • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
  • Cataloguing customers concerns and comments.
  • Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
  • Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology.
  • Explaining repairs to customers.
  • Block release tuition at the Suzuki state-of-the-art training facility in Doncaster (travel and accommodation costs paid for by the employer)

This is a more customer service based role, and will not involve working on Suzuki vehicles.

What We Expect

You need to have the drive to progress and exceed. What you must have is excellent organizational skills, be IT literate and have a “CAN DO” attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers whilst exceeding their expectations.

What You Can Expect

Unlike many apprenticeship schemes we offer more than the standard apprenticeship wage as we wish to attract that person with drive and enthusiasm. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. You will benefit from 22 days holiday and a great team environment.

Earnings: £16,000 per annum.
