Role and Responsibilities
We represent Suzuki but you will be expected to work with all brands whilst maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Maximising Opportunities and Profit. A large proportion of the work is preparing to RAC standards our retail used cars before sale.
What We Expect
Experience within a franchised dealership is not necessary, as we will provide you with full training with our manufacturer. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is looking to progress their career within a franchised environment and has the desire to achieve master technician status and the ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) whilst achieving targets and objectives. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to work on and diagnose all makes.
You will need a full driving licence with no more than 3 points. Ideally you will possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3).
What You Can Expect
The earning opportunity is excellent and your earnings are linked to your progression to master technician status and our monthly departmental achievement. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1pm on a rota basis, every other week. You will benefit from 22 days holiday, on going training and a great team environment.
