Role and Responsibilities
We represent Suzuki whilst also servicing and repairing all makes of cars and preparing our used cars to RAC Approved standards. This role is very much hands on and you will be involved in functions of the service and parts department. Part of a small team dealing with one of the most reliable brands in the UK and regular happy customers!
You will be expected to deal with customer enquiries and bookings both on the phone and face to face, recording customers concerns and comments, translating customers' requests into standard repair terminology, explaining repairs to customers and processing internal work from our sales department.
All this whilst delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and maximising Opportunities and Profit.
What We Expect
You will be in a similar dealership role with a minimum of one years experience. You need the drive to progress and exceed. What you must have is excellent organizational skills, be IT literate and have a “CAN DO” attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers whilst exceeding their expectations. Experience of Pinewood Pinnacle would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be given.
What You Can Expect
The earning opportunity is excellent and your earnings are linked to your current experience and both your personal and the departmental achievement of objectives. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis, every other week. You will benefit from on going training and a great team environment.
We are initially looking to employ someone on a fixed term 3 month contract to assist us in covering long term sickness, however for the right candidate this could lead to a permanent appointment.
Typical Earnings: £28,000 basic salary plus bonus giving a OTE of £36,000
