Role and Responsibilities

We represent Suzuki whilst also servicing and repairing all makes of cars and preparing our used cars to RAC Approved standards. This role is very much hands on and you will be involved in all functions of the service department. Part of a small team dealing with one of the most reliable brands in the UK and regular happy customers! Not only is the Suzuki brand award winning for customer service but we have an excellent 5 Star Trust Pilot score ourselves.

You will be expected to deal with customer enquiries and bookings both on the phone and face to face, recording customers concerns and comments, translating customers' requests into standard repair terminology, explaining repairs to customers and processing internal work from our sales department. You will also be involved in identifying and ordering parts from both our manufacturer and suppliers.

All this whilst delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and maximising Opportunities and Profit.

What We Expect

You will be in a similar dealership role with a minimum of one years experience. You will need the drive to progress and exceed. What you must have is excellent organizational skills, be IT literate and have a “CAN DO” attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers whilst exceeding their expectations.

What You Can Expect

The earning opportunity is excellent and your earnings are linked to your current experience and both your personal and the departmental achievement of objectives. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis, every other week. You will benefit from 22 days holiday, on going training and a great team environment.

Typical Earnings: £30,000 basic salary plus bonus giving a realistic OTE of £37,000
