Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update - November / December Lock Down Period

Following the Government announcement regarding a new national lockdown from Thursday the 5th November, I wanted to outline how we will be playing our part to help keep the country moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government and the spirit of reducing unnecessary exposure to the virus.

From the 5th November, our Hemel Hempstead showroom, workshop and parts operation will be closed.

However, we will continue to offer Service, Repairs and MOT’s at our Leighton Buzzard dealership. Where you can visit by appointment or we can arrange a collection and delivery service. Social distancing measures, PPE supplies, protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments have been in place for several months now providing a Covid safe environment. However, our parts department will be closed.

Our sales showroom and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November. However, our sales team will be available to continue both new and used car sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video or telephone and exchange information via email or our website. Via our website you can reserve / purchase a car, arrange finance and get a part exchange valuation. You will then have the option to either collect your car from our Leighton Buzzard dealership by appointment or we will deliver it to your home. Both obviously in a Covid safe manner.

Having implemented this during the first lockdown we are very confident that we can meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us. Just read our trustpilot reviews here on our website.

Our sales and aftersales colleagues remain on hand to assist with your enquiries via telephone or email and our website is fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a car online as well as booking a service or MOT. For all your needs please either;

Finally, I’m sure Government can explain how a hanging basket is an essential item, though a vehicle that families need to gather essential food items or may be required in an emergency is not. But that said, thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business, but only by appointment.

Keep safe, best regards

Anthony Betts
