This is genuinely a fantastic and unique opportunity as we are in the process of increasing our used car stock from around 70 used cars to 140 - a 100% increase. In addition to this we are now experiencing increased new car availability and reduced lead times with the main product now available from stock. We have also just launched Suzuki's first electric car, the eVitara.

So do the math, a 100% used car increase, an additional new car in the range and we are only looking at adding one team member, giving us a team of five. The opportunity is massive!

Role and Responsibilities

You will be selling a combination of new Suzuki cars, Approved Used Suzuki cars and RAC Approved cars of all other makes. In addition you will be presenting products such as Paint & Interior Protection, GAP Insurance, Tyre and Alloy Insurance, Smart Insurance and Service Plans. You will also be advising on Finance for our customers.

You will be expected to sell a combined total of 20 vehicles a month whilst maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction and Maximising Opportunities.

What We Expect

What you must have is confidence, drive, organisational skills and a “CAN DO” attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers and exceed their expectations. You will need a full driving licence with no more than 3 points and be happy to work outside as well as in the showroom, as a large proportion of our business is used cars. You must be a team player as you will be part of a small but busy team.

What You Can Expect

The earning opportunity is excellent. Your basic salary will be £24,000 and with one of the best uncapped bonus schemes in the industry, with experience your earnings should exceed £60,000 per annum. You will not be required to work Sundays and will enjoy a fixed day off every other week. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Saturday’s 8.30am to 5pm. We do not open on Sundays. You will benefit from 22 days holiday, on going training and a great team environment.
